Glen Caring has announced details of vacancies for Omagh carers and Castlederg carers. The vacancies are for full-time positions, working morning to teatime hours for seven days every fortnight. We offer flexible rotas, which can work to your advantage, if a regular 9-5 job does not suit you or your family’s needs.  

These Omagh carers and Castlederg carers jobs are also open to those new to social care. Because we offer all the training you need, you don’t need previous experience to apply.

  • £8.50 per hour for Castlederg and £8.20 per hour for Omagh
  • Mileage allowance of £0.20 per mile

Essential Criteria For Omagh Carers and Castlederg Carers: 

Before you consider applying for these posts, please make sure you satisfy these qualifying criteria:  

  • Full driving licence 
  • Access to a car 
  • Over 18 

Shift Pattern For Omagh Carers and Castlederg Carers: 

The full-time positions are for daytime hours working from approximately 7am to 6pm.  


Week 1 – rostered to work Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday; 

Week 2 – rostered to work Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
